Semiconductor devices group
GDS (Semiconductor Devices Group) is a highly interdisciplinary group encompassing the fields of electrical, material science, and civil engineering, together with physics and chemistry, whose members have a large experience in the fields of micro and nanoelectronic materials and devices.
