Professor of Electrical Engineering, PhD from Ohio State Univ. (USA, 2001), joined ISOM in 2002 as a Ramon y Cajal Fellow. He is the Head of the Semiconductor Devices Group, with a background on semiconductor materials and devices, and currently works on oxide photonics, infrared plasmonics, and metamaterials.
