Associate Professor at UPM. Degree in physics from UCM (1999) and PhD from UPM (2005). Postdoctoral researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology. Joined ISOM in 2008 and received a Ramón y Cajal Research Fellowship. Currently working on the development of novel GaAs-based nanostructures and their application to optoelectronic devices.
